WEB SAN FRANCISCO -- The San Francisco Giants snapped a three-game losing streak in dramatic fashion on Friday night, defeating their bitter rivals, the Los Angeles Dodgers, 5-3, on a walk-off two-run homer by Brett Wisely in the bottom of the ninth inning.

Wisely, who had already homered twice in the game, came to the plate with the bases loaded and no outs. He worked the count full before launching a 1-2 curveball over the left field wall for his third home run of the game and his sixth of the season.

The win was a much-needed one for the Giants, who had lost three straight games and dropped to 10-12 on the season. It was also a boost for the Giants struggling bullpen, which entered the game with a 6.43 ERA.

Starter Logan Webb gave the bullpen a much-needed break, tossing seven strong innings. He allowed just one run on five hits and struck out nine batters.

The Giants took a 2-1 lead in the top of the third inning on a solo home run by Wisely.

The Dodgers tied the game in the bottom of the fourth on a solo homer by Mookie Betts.

Wisely put the Giants back in front with a solo homer in the top of the seventh.

The Dodgers tied the game again in the bottom of the eighth on a sacrifice fly by Freddie Freeman.

Wisely ended the game in the bottom of the ninth with his walk-off homer, sending the Oracle Park crowd into a frenzy.

The Giants will face the Dodgers again on Saturday night at Oracle Park.
